We value your time and work hard to ensure that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve. To keep our schedule running smoothly and to respect the time reserved for each patient, we kindly ask all patients to review and follow our appointment and scheduling guidelines.

Appointment Confirmations & Cancellation Fees

  • All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
    • Unconfirmed appointments may be removed from the schedule to avoid last-minute cancellations and associated fees.
  • Appointments may be confirmed through:
    • Replying to text message reminders
    • Clicking the confirmation link in our email reminders
    • Calling the office directly
  • Cancellation Fee:
    • A $75 fee will be charged for any confirmed appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
    • We understand unexpected situations can occur, so certain exceptions may apply and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

New Patients

To ensure we are fully prepared for your first visit:

  • All new patient forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. --  If forms are not completed in advance, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  • Having this information ahead of time allows our clinical team to review your medical history, understand your concerns, and prepare appropriately for your visit.
  • If you plan to use dental insurance, please submit your insurance details as early as possible.
    • This allows us enough time to verify your benefits and inform you of any estimated copays or out-of-pocket costs before your appointment.
    • Without adequate time to verify coverage, benefit checks may be incomplete or delayed.

Appointment Time & Late Arrivals

Each appointment is carefully scheduled to allow our clinical providers the time needed to complete your care safely and thoroughly.

  • We understand delays can happen. However, if you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may not be able to see you or may only be able to complete part of your scheduled treatment.
  • To help avoid delays, please plan additional time for:
    • Traffic
      Parking
    • Navigating the building

Arriving a few minutes early is always helpful and appreciated.
